A Crazy Dream,

Realized.

Jeremy grew up surfing the breaks in Morro Bay. Ellen fell in love with food working California's wine industry. Together they built Spearhead Coffee and High Tide Deli — and in 2024, they saw an empty window at the Cayucos Pier and thought: pizza.

Their sourdough starter has been alive since 2020. The crust sits perfectly between Neapolitan and Detroit — crispy enough to eat while you walk the pier, sturdy enough to hold every topping.
